Q: Do you provide free technical phone support?A: Yes, some. If you are an existing Press Guys customer, we will work with your as much as possible to resolve the problem over the phone. If you are a new customer we will provide support as we are able based on our schedule, and workload.
Q: Do you work outside the U.S.? A: Yes, occasionally we do. It depends on the job & location.
Q: Do you provide emergency breakdown service? A: Yes. That is a large part of our business. We can usually be on site within 24 hours.
Q: Are you insured? A: Yes we are. We carry in excess of one million dollars of liability insurance.
Q: Do you take credit cards? A: Yes we do. We can bill you through Paypal Invoice. It does not require you or your company to have a Paypal account, and you can use any major credit card.
Q: Do you charge by the hour? If so, what is your hourly rate? A: On most jobs we charge by the hour plus expenses. Contact us by phone or email for a current rate sheet.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept? A: We accept purchase orders and credit cards. For time and material jobs payment is on receipt of invoice. Bid jobs usually require at least 50% payment upon acceptance of the bid before work commences.
Q: Do you work on sheetfed presses? A: Occasionally. One of our technicians has been trained on Heidelberg sheetfed presses, and worked for Heidelberg USA.
Q: Do you work on presses other than Harris or Heidelberg? A: Yes, we do from time to time, but like most companies we try to play to our strengths. Give us a call, and we'll talk about your situation. We will be honest, and tell you if the problem is outside of our capabilities.
